We arrange a complimentary consultation at your estate or business to asses and evaluate the contents. There are NO upfront fees, our fees are based off the percentage of your sale. Our philosophy is “No sale is too small” it doesn’t matter the size or scope we are here to help.
During the consultation we look through your home together with you and decide what needs to be sold and answer any additional questions you may have. Everything is a potential treasure to someone so it is important to not DONATE OR THROW anything away just yet. We will help you decide what options you may want to take before selling or donating because every circumstance is different and we realize that.
Our professional staff prides themselves in communicating and coordinating every step of the sale process with our client. We are fast, efficient, and specialize in detail and organization. Our staff displays, prepares, prices and researches all items. We pay special consideration to unique items that need appraised for the appropriate and current market value.
Sweet Rain Estate Sales advertises through social media, estate sale.net, craigslist, and our extensive email list email.
All items sold are written down on receipts and provided to you with your profits at the end of the sale.
At the end of the sale we have your estate “broom cleaned” and arrange for pickup of left-over items if you so desire.
